Terms & Conditions.

The ground rules for using this site and for engaging MotionBio on a production.

1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of motionbio.studio and any content, booking tools, or materials made available through it. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

MotionBio provides video production services, including patient testimonial films and thought leadership content, for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding commitment to perform services. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or production contract signed by both parties. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these terms, the signed agreement controls.

3. Not medical advice

Content on this site, including patient stories and case material, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a treatment recommendation, or a claim about the safety or efficacy of any therapy or product.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — including copy, film excerpts, photography, design, and marks — is owned by MotionBio or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

Ownership and license terms for commissioned work are set out in the applicable production agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, securing internal medical, legal, and regulatory review of any claims, and confirming that the intended use of delivered materials complies with applicable promotional and regulatory requirements in their markets.

6. Participant consent

MotionBio obtains written, informed consent from every filmed participant. Delivered materials may be used only within the scope of that consent. Clients agree not to use, edit, or distribute participant material in a way that exceeds the signed consent.

7. Bookings

Scheduling a call through this site reserves time for a conversation only. It does not create a contract for services and imposes no obligation on either party. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion.

8. Third-party links and tools

This site may link to or embed third-party services, such as scheduling or video platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionBio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Contact
